NJ Transit TOC - Superstorm Sandy Recovery Program (SSRP),

Newark, NJ (May 2013 - Present)

Working with JCMS, Inc. as a sub consultant to NJ Transit in the

Superstorm Sandy Recovery Program.

This project is $1.5 B program of several damaged and resiliency projects

that were created due to the damages by Hurricane Sandy including

building new stations, roads, commuter centers and substations.

Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (DRJTBC) – T474A Delaware Water Gap Maintenance

Garage Expansion: The scope of the work includes construction of four bay garage addition to the existing

vehicle maintenance garage; converting all oil-fired HVAC equipment over to the natural gas and extending

a new gas lateral from the nearest UGI gas main; abandoning the on-site septic drain field and installing a

sanitary lift station and force main to connect to the Delaware Gap Municipal Authority System.

Responsibility includes reviewing the contractor prepared baseline schedule for accuracy and adherence to

specification requirements and submitting written reports.

HTCS - Sri Venkateswara Temple, Bridgewater, NJ

Construction of a 2 story 26,000 SF Temple Building with sanctorum for the main deity and seven shrines

in the main worship hall, commercial kitchen, dining hall and auditorium in the lower level with associated

mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire proofing. The project scope also included site work, access road

and two parking lots.

  · Creating a cost-loaded schedule for the project

  · Performing CPM analysis of the project schedule

  · HVAC Take-off from Concept as well as final drawings for the project. Take-off included HVAC

drawings, Mechanical Drawings, Electrical Drawings and Plumbing Drawings.

PENNDOT SR412 Improvements ($45M), Northampton County, PA: Improve capacity of SR 412

beginning at the intersection of SR 412 and Cherry Lane in the Borough of Hellertown to SR 412 and Daly

Ave in the city of Bethlehem, Northampton County including roadway and ramp widening, reconstruction,

and structures including replacement of the bridge over Saucon Creek, removal of a railroad structure over

SR 412, traffic signals, drainage, guiderail and other miscellaneous construction.

  · Review iterations of the baseline schedule prepared by the contractor by performing detailed analysis

to determine if the schedule complies with the scheduling specifications;
